Sometimes when accessing Web Applications, such as the Content Manager WebClient, FYB DocUMove or FYB Mediazel ( Formerly MediaHub), you may notice that the application doesn't load properly in Internet Explorer but works fine within other browsers.
A common cause is that Internet Explorer has compatibility mode enabled for web applications within the Intranet zone.
Follow the Below Steps to disable Compatibility View
- Go to Settings > Compatibility View settings
- Ensure the application URL is not within Websites you've added to Compatibility View:
- Ensure Display intranet sites in compatibility view is unselected
- Click Close then Refresh the page
