How to Create an FYB Members Hub Account

Option 1: Send us an email

If you want an FYB Members Hub account, all you need to do is send an email to membershub@fyb.com.au.

Your email will be logged into our system and we will review your request and create your account, all at the same time!

Click on the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the FYB Members Hub and select FYB Service Desk.

One of our friendly Member Support Officers will set you up with an account in no time.

You will need to have an active FYB Support Membership or FYB Subscription to gain access to our Members Hub.
